we enclose the authenticated swift/telex advising the issue of the above referred letter of credit.
we have been requested by the issuing bank to confirm this credit ,charges for beneficiary account,if you wish the credit to be confirmed please return original LC to us along with your request for adding confirmation.we shall consider your request after obtaining requisite approvals.
the above mentioned authenticated documentary credit.
upon specific request from yourselves we shall consider adding our confirmation to the captioned letter of credit subject to our internal approbal and payment of our charges.
documents drawn under this credit maybe negotiated through us.
if you don't agree with any terms hereof we advise you to contact the applicant directly for any required amendments or alterations .
on presentation of documents please submit a copy of each document for our records alongwith the original documentary credit.
