最近有个客人开信用证，LC条款中有如下内容不太理解，请高手指点：+payment instructions are to be incorporated in the nominated bank's remittance letter addressed to us .
+refused documents, if any, held at the presenter's diposal may be taken up and honoured by the issuing bank at any time and will not be returned to the presenter unless presenter advises us to the contrary within 24 hours after our having sent the relative advice of refusal
+upon receipt of (draft with) documents, we shall cover you in accordance with your instructions.

意思：对于开证行持有，处置权归交单人的不符单据（如有），可被开证行在任何时候接受和承付，不退给交单人，除非在开证行发出相关拒付通知后24小时内交单人有给开证行相反的指示。
意义：不是很好吗？总得说，对受益人有利的。开证行会尽力和申请人交涉，使得申请人接受不符单据，付款。
