各位兄弟姐妹,我客人开了个信用证,要求提交的单据中有如下条款,我不是很明白,请各位帮帮忙1、container mantifest in two copies(this document is required only when carge receipt stipulates shipper's load and count)
copy of container manifest,if shipment by full container load
是不是说整柜出货的情况下,才要提供货代舱单的复印件2份
2、original packing list to indicate commercial invoice and packing list may be consolidated into one document,document must specify commercial invoice and packing list carton dimensions:height x width x length in centimeters for each item
3、note fcr may certify receipt of scanned documents instead of 1 original and 1 copy
4、original textile single country declaration,if need
5、copy certificate issued by applicant if the sailing date within 21 days after po last shipment date is acceptable under getting approval from applicant must show invoice-packing list- container manifest and single country declaration or textile multiple country declaration received date by fax or e-mail at least 30 days before early ship.date must show original of forwarder's cargo receipt received date within 10 dasy after sailing date.must show original form a or eso received date after sailing date

如果开航日期在订单最迟装运日后21天内，获得了开证申请人的同意可以接受的的话，提交由开证申请人出具证明的副本，必须显示至少在早班船前30天通过传真或者邮件方式收到了发票，装箱单，集装箱舱单以及单一国家申明或纺织品多国申明。
日期必须显示成正本运输行货物收据在开船日后10天内的收妥日期。必须显示开船后收到正本FORM A或者ESO的日期。

我今天又仔细研究了下LC,实际上是这样描述的,船公司出具的是FCR,LC上关于FCR这一份需提交的单据有这个要求“MUST CERTIFY RECRIPT OF THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS
A. COMMERCIAL INVOICE IN ONE ORIGINAL AND ONE COPY
B. PACKING LIST IN ONE ORIGIANL AND ONE COPY
C. CONTAINER MANIFEST IN TWO COPIES (THIS DOCUMENT IS REQUIRED ONLY WHEN CARGE RECEIPT STIPULATES SHIPPER'S LOAD AND COUNT)
D. INSURANCE CERTIFICATE IN TWO COPIES"
我想,是不是只有当FCR上面显示“shipper's load and count”这句话的时候,FCR上面则必须注明"CONTAINER MANIFEST IN TWO COPIES"这句话？skyhopewang,帮我再分析分析
