加拿大外贸
各位大虾：刚收到一份信用证草稿，条款如下，由于小弟第一次操作，还望各位前辈帮忙看看这些条款，如有时间，烦请帮忙翻译一下。这年头，收到信用证都怕怕。
1. signed Commercial invoices in original and 2 copies certified by Chamber of commerce.
这句话小弟知道，就是盖章签名后的发票原件和2分贸促会认证的发票复印件
2. Full set of on board marine bills of lading issued to the order of the National Commercial Bank showing the number of this documentatry credit marked Freight payable at destination.
这句话小弟不是很明白，希望大虾们指导。
3. Full waybill (Original No.3 for shipper) established on the carrier Logo print and consigned in the name of the national commercial bank, showing the number of this documentary credit, actual flight number duly signed by the carrier or his agent and marked Freight payable at destination
这句话小弟也不是很清楚
4. certificate of origin issued by -------- Certified by Chamber of commerce or by industrial union of exporting country or ccpit and legalized by ------------ stating the name and addresss of manufacturer of the goods and stating that goods are of China Origin.
这句话是要提供贸促会的原产地证明，表明生产商的名字和地址比表明货物是中国制造。小弟理解没错吧。
5.Packing list in 2 copies showing details of packing.
这句话是要提供两份装箱单
6. Other documents Forwarder's house AWB or House Bill of landing acceptable.
分运单能够接受。这个理解没错吧
上述是文件条款。价格条款是EXW， Partial shipment 允许，Payment At sight，即期信用证。

这个是确认费用由我承担？

另外 贸易术语EXW对你不是太有利吧 提单能不能到你手上还是问题

这个应该是说保兑的话，由受益人承担费用

第三句话：由承运人或是承运人代理开立的全套空运单，以the national commercial bank为CNN，显示信用证号和航班信息。

CO在贸促会出证后，让贸促会老师在CO第五栏加盖个商会章： “CHINA COUNCIL FOR THE PROMOTION OF INTERNATIONAL TRADE IS CHINA CHAMBER OF INTERNATIONAL COMMERCE”
