这是在L/C附加条款里面关于鱼粉蛋白质的条款，谁能帮忙翻译下具体的意思呢？谢谢~纠结了很久。If any excess of fat,moisture,salt and sand combined,sand alone of the fishmeal,supplied by the beneficiary shipped at loading port(s) is above the warranties specified in the specifications of this credit,the beneficiary shall make a deduction of one percent of the unit price per each percent in excess from the invoice value,fraction in proportion.
Any short drawing under credit amount as a result of such deduction is acceptble.
Any deficiency in protein below 65 percent shall be allowed at the rate of one to one basis per unit of protein with a proportional allowance for each fraction of a unit.
For this purpose the value of a unit of protein shall be determined by divding the unit price by the warranted percentage of protein.
