就是客户发给我们的supplier questionaire, 这些我不知道哪些是该填 哪些是不该填的，也不知道这三个地址怎么填

还有啊，客户同时发了一个adance payment guarantee给我们填，也不知道怎么填

Delivery Address / Lieferadresse 发货地址，一般也就是工厂所在地。
Order Address / Bestelladresse 合同地址或者订单地址，有的是公司注册地和生产地不一样的，
Invoice Address / Rechnungsanschrift 发票地址 ，可理解为收款地址。
如果你们三者都同一个位置的话，就一样啦。
