那么客户78项中要求：upon receipt of credit conform documents you are authorised to claim reimbursement from reimbursement bank with value five banking days in Turkey after the date of your authenticated swift advice to us. T/T claim must include port of loading, port of discharge, name of vessel and the name of carrier or master or agent name(if any) with carrier or master name.

这个78是一个偿付指示，如果通知行加了保兑，对相符交单，提前5个工作日通知开证行后可以直接向偿付行电索（不寄索汇面函，发索汇电文）。
