各位好！關於提單簽人的理解有些困惑, 有些L/C規定提單由誰簽發，如果說：BILLS OF LADING ISSUED BY MAERSK LINE 或者ISSUED AND SIGNED BY MAERSK LINE
這兩者有什麼區別？ 是不是說提單上蓋的章必須是這個指定的公司？

BILLS OF LADING ISSUED BY MAERSK LINE
1. 使用MAERSK LINE 马士基船公司的函头信笺 或者
2. 提单签署栏目中显示为： MAERSK LINE AS CARRIER (由该公司签署提单）或者 XXX 公司 AS AGENT FOR CARRIER: MAERSK LINE (该公司的代理签署提单）。

只能由MAERSK LINE 公司签署提单。

MAERSK的提單出來了，用的是MAERSK LINE 马士基船公司的函头信笺，但是在簽署的地方顯示:
Signed for the Carrier A.P. Møller - Mærsk A/S trading as Maersk Line
Maersk Hong Kong Limited
As Agent(s) for the Carrier
這樣會不會有問題呢？
