大概意思能看懂，但是细节方面不是很懂！还有问一下，一般船公司对 提单上注明签收人的职位这个要求 没法达到吗？THE FOLLOWING MUST BE INDICATED ON THE BILL OF LADING:
"The Free Demurage Period is 21 Days" ---没要求
Note: Please make sure that the name of the person who signs the Bill of Lading must
have his name TYPED OUT next to his signature and his capacity must be mentioned, as
well.

Please be advised that the Bill of Lading (if not stamped and signed by the carrier, but rather by the agent, should be stamped by the agent stating that they are the AGENT FOR THE CARRIER (insert name of carrier), as required by UCP 500.
If the stamp indicates the name of the agent only, as agents, this will not be accepted when we present our documents to the bank.
NO PRICES SHOULD BE MENTIONED IN THE BILL OF LADING
(ONLY FREIGHT CHARGES ON BILL OF LADING ARE ACCEPTABLE.)
INSTRUCTIONS FOR PREPARING THE CERT ISSUED BY OWNER, AGENT OR MASTER OF THE VESSEL
(B) CERT
The Cert issued by the Owner, Agent or Master of the Vessel carrying the goods, should be issued on the letterhead of the Shipping Line itself or the Agency's letterhead) and should be signed (and next to the signature his name must be typed out) by the Owner, Agent or Master of the vessel carrying the goods, and please stipulate the capacity of the signature (Owner or Agent or Master) of the VESSEL, as follows:
“Attesting that this vessel is not banned entry to Syrian Ports for any reason whatsoever according to Syrian laws and regulations."
The Following Must Also be Indicated on the CERT:
VESSEL AND VOYAGE : (Insert Name of Vessel & Voyage No.)
BILL OF LADING NO. : (Insert B/L number)
BILL OF LADING DATE: (Insert date of Bill of Lading)
