此文乃本人之愚见,有不足错误之处,欢迎各路前辈们指教并感激不尽。First of all ,we need to promote our products by all means .At persent , B2B websites are very popular .for example ,alibaba ,globalsources ,made-in-china and so on .Another effective way to find your clients is through the fair ,such as Canton Fair .if you get chance to exchange each other’s name card ,then you can get in touch easily in future .
If your products are wanted ,the buyers may ask some inquries.Or if some client wants another product that’s similar to yours .He or she may ask you to design and make a sample for him or her..
Many Clients usually estimate/evaluate the sample to make sure whether it is siuitable for their market . If your products match its taste ,he or she may negotiate with you to make a deal .
In the contract , there are several important factors ,including specification of goods ,quantity ,price term ,packing condition ,date of deliver ,the loading seaport and destination , terms of insurance, terms of payment and the other documents required by clients in the contract .
Send a P/I and then you’ll receive a offical P/O from your clients . Check your account to make sure the deposit has remited in advance if you required that .
if you have your own factory ,then arrange the producing plan and ensure the goods can be delivered on time .
Nearly one week before the date of deliver , prepard your goods to be examined .the goods could be examined by clients themshelf or the third party they appointed .if your goods passed the examination .you’ll get a certificate of inspection issued by clients or their agents.
Commodity inspection should be made by CIQ .they will issued a inspection receipt . At the same time , all needed documents should be handed over to the logistics company you delegated.they willl declare customs and book shipping space on behalf of you ,after getting export cargo inspection certificate,your goods will be store at the port warehouse untill the deliver time is up .after your goods have been loaded to the appointed ship and you receive the B/L and other related documents .
If the trade is on CIF price ,you’re responsible to buy an insurance for your goods before deliver.you’ll be given a insurance policy.
Another important stuff is sending a shiping advise to your clients in time after deliver .
The next link is presentation of documents .if the trade is by L/C , you should present the full documents listed in the L/C to the bank in the limited period .
If it is by T/T ,forwarding all documents to clients before or after getting the balance that depends on the condition of payment in your contract . The main documents include sales contract , commercial invoice ,packing list ,certificate of origain (g.s.p ),beneficiary’s certificate ,B/L ,insurance policy,certificate of inspection and L/C if it’s exist .
