大家好我第一次做信用证 现在遇到几个问题 想求教下
麻烦帮忙解释下 这是什么意思呢
1.Beneficiary certificate stated that the shipping mark had been showed as per Top order stated.
2.Partial shipments not permitted.
3.Shipment from China port to Rotterdam.the last shipping date as per each shipment stated.
4.Special instruction:
1) All bank charges,including advising and negotiation commission,are for the account of beneficiary.
2)Drafts and all documents must present within 15 days after on board date.
3)Beneficiary has to send one full set of documents contained invoice,packing list,bills of lading,and GSP Certificate of Origin Form A within 7 days after on board date by fax...
4)The beneficiary must prsent the signed"Cadmium Free Guarantee Letter which specifies that the contents of the heavy metal is not exceeded the E.E.C"

我没怎么接触过信用证 不过我感觉也不难 楼主别被信用证吓住了 只要信用证怎么说 你怎么做就可以了
1.就是你们公司做个证词 声明唛头与第一单一致 一般是做个公司抬头 然后写上WE STATEXXX后面照抄 最后盖章
2不允许分批装运
4.特殊条款
1）所有的费用 包括议付佣金什么的 都由受益人承担
2）汇票和所有的单据必须在提单日15天提交
3）受益人要在提单日7天内通过传真发送全套单据 包括发票 箱单 提单 FORM A
4） 受益人要提单这种证书 就是说明这种产品所含重金属未超过欧盟标准（不清楚你们的产品）
