各位高手，小妹是新手。急求帮忙PACKING AND MARKING: The Packing Material of any kind, nature using raw/solid wood to pack
this machinery, equipment to be supplied in India, must meet the IPPC (International Plant
Protection Convention) guidelines issued for that specific material & a treatmentmarking (ISPM
Logo) is made on all the packages.
我们用的包装是胶合木箱，据说不需要熏蒸？是否还需要做到条款中将LOGO印到包装上？
如果是，这是商检局报检的时候做的吧？一般情况的报检是否只需找货代代办。哪像我们这种情况是不是得自己找商检局具体安排商检？
Any article in the absence of treatment marking on the Packing Material (ISPM Logo) or
a Phytosanitary/treatment certificate, as the case shall be, considered as untreated & Indian
Customs shall refer the material for Plant Quarantine Inspection. The PQ (Plant Quarantine)Staff shall inspect the Packing Material & if required subject the packing material to a specific
treatment (Either the Methyl Bromide Fumigation or the Heat Treatment) at the expense of the
importer and accord the plant Quarantine Clearance.
In the above event of payment required to be made for the treatment of the Vendor’s packing material
arrived in India, the entire expenses for the same & on account of the delay occurring due to this
process (including the demurrages detention charges paid to the shipping Company), shall be claimed
from the Vendor.

要求在所有包装箱上面都要打上"符合IPPC要求"的标签.如果您的包装是胶合板材质的,那么应该注明是 :plywood case.
如果缺少以上标识或实木包装没有相关检疫证明书的话,在目的港后会由进口海关的相关检疫部门来处理,这样所产生的一切费用及延误将由卖家来埋单.
