加拿大外贸
帮忙看一下这些条款是否需要修改，有没有什么软条款，自己第一次接触这样的信用证。。。万分感谢！科威特客户，之前说做TT但是需要银行保函，后来协商做了LC。以下是信用证里46A关于发票认证和原产地证的具体条款：
+signed commercial invoice in 3 originals plus 3 copies showing the following:
A:the price and net weight (expressed in kilogrames) of each type/item of the goods for each one separatetly
B:name of carrying vessel
C:stament to the effect that each package of the goods carries the name of the country of origin in no-detechable or non-adterable way ( ie . made in china)
D:one original invoice must be certified or attested by chamber of commerce and industry and legalised by kuwait embassy or counslate in the esporting country.if no kuwait diplomatic counsulte in the exporting country then it must be legalised by an embassy or consulate of any gulf co-operation council(g.c.c) country.

complete set of shipped on board ocean marine bills of lading at least 3/3 original made out to the order of alahli bank of kuwait (k.s.c)kuwait indixating notify party as；1.applicant with full name and address as stated in fieled 50
2.alahli bank of kuwait (ksc),head office safat,ahmad aljaber street,kuwait,tel:22400900 fax:224++074 and evidencing freight pre-paid.
notify party 可以是两个吗？
A:BILLS OF LADING MUST ALSO INDICATE THE ACTUAL PORT OF LOADING AND DISCHAGE( INDICATION OF CEOGRAPHICAL AREA NOT ACCEPTABLE)
B:ORIGINAL OF DOCUMENTS MUST INCLUDE 2/3 BILLS OF LADING AND DUPLICATE SETT THE REMAINING 1/3
C:B/L SHOULD EVIDENCE THAT THE VESSEL CARRING THE GOODS US ALLOWED TO ENTER KUAWAITI PORTS ACCORDING TO ITS
MARITIME LAWS AND POAT REGULATIONS OR ALTERNATIVELY A SEPARATE DECLARATION TO THIS EFFECT FROM THE VESSLE'S CARRIER OWNER MASTER OR THEIR AGENTS IS ACCEPTABLE.
(THE ABOVE C IS NOT APPLICABLE IF SHIPMENT IS EFFECTED BY UNITED ARAB SHIPPING COMPANY CESSELS)
括号里的是说如果我们发货的船用阿拉伯国家的船公司的话就不需要让船公司出具他们船可以进去科威特的证明了，是吗？
也就是说我们选择阿拉伯国家的船公司会少出这个证明是吧？
另外，很想知道阿拉伯国家的船公司跟别的船公司又有什么区别呢？
之前在网上又看到说，科威特这边的银行如果看到提单是一些他们比较敏感的国家的船公司出具的话，他们会直接拒绝掉，因为政治原因，真的可能会有这样的情况吗？

使馆认证所需资料
1.公司营业执照副本复印件1份。
2.所需认证的原件1份
3.介绍信2份、声明、申请表、销售合同、保函
认证流程：贸促会----外交部-----各国驻华使馆

不好意思，打错了，是NON-DETACHABLE，是不可分开的意思。
