指定货代的提单印刷文字有如下内容： If required by the carrier,this Bill of Lading duly endorsed must be surrendered in
exchange for the goods or delivery order.
据说很多银行都会把这个作为不符点，甚至是有银行提出拒付。
请高手指教这个要怎么处理？需要修改信用证，要求客人接受这个条款？

个人感觉，提单上出现这样的条款的确不大好。至于提单上为啥习惯出现这样的条款，说不上来，期待有懂的人来解释下

如因承运人的要求，必须提交经适当背书的此份提单用于换取货物或提货单。
蛮正常的条款啊，这里的SURRENDERED是提交的意思，不是电放啊。

surrendered应该是提交的意思。但是，好多银行在审核单据的时候会把这个列为不符点，或者拒付。这个就看银行怎么决定了。所以，有点小担心。

我反正没有碰到过这样的不符点，提单正面印就的条款都有类似的表述条款啊！:funk:

我碰到了，只要有这一句话的提单交到WELLS FARGO 银行都被作为不符点
