如题，Unisons International Pakistan是骗子公司吗？我们是做输送机的，这个Unisons 一口气让我们报很多条皮带机的价格，又不提供具体参数什么的，而且只接受100%不可撤销信用证付款，否则免谈，感觉很奇怪，他们网站上说他们是中间商，请问坛子里有没有人跟他们打过交道的？

Unisons International给的价格条款，大家看看~~ 能做吗，是不是骗子？
1) Price: Offer should be on FOB basis including packing
2) Validity of the offer, at least 90 days is required from the date of tender opening.
3) A catalogue/Data sheet of the manufacturer of the offered product is required for technical evaluation.
4) Authority letter of manufacturer in the name of principal and principal’s authority letter in the name of local agent is required
IN CASE PURCHASE ORDER IS SECURED
5) Payment: In case of order, 90% payment will be made on presentation of documents & balance 10% on receipt/ acceptance of store at consignee's ware-house through irrevocable LC at sight.
6) PBG: 10% Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG) of purchase order value is to be submitted by the foreign beneficiary, with 45 days from the date of LC if PO value is more than $50000/00
7) Inspection: (PSI) is to be carried out by Any International Independent Inspection Agency at beneficiary’s cost, if the PO value is with $ 50000/00 and if the value is higher,
8) MTC is required by shipping documents
9) Commission: This is negotiable at final stage but before submitting the tender to buyer.
