A)one set of original documents(including full set of original forwarders cargo receipt or express release bill of lading)has been sent via courier to seventh avenue inc.,
B)one set of nono-negotiable documents has been sent via email to globalcompliance(at)sccompanies.com or faxed to seventh avenue inc.,
+copy of singed and dated forwarders cargo receipt or express release bill of lading ,evidencing taking in charge and delivery as per specific purchase order requirements shown in field 44D. orwarders cargo receipt or express release bill of lading must be consigned to seventh avenue inc., marked “freight collect” and “notify seventh avenue inc.,“ quoting our LC number.
+copy of signed and dated forwarders cargo receipt or express release bill of lading ,evidencing taking in charge and delivery as per specific purchase order requirements shown in field 44D.
