信用证的2个附加条款1.in case of refusal of documents by us due to discrepancies, we may at our sle discrretion simultaneously refer the discrepancies to the applicant for waiver. if the applicant's waiver is received by us to our satisfaction before receipt of any communication from the presenter in response to our refusal, the documents will be delivered to the applicant as per credit terms without feference to the presenter.
2.in case of discrepant presentations, the opening bank my choose to waive all/some of the discrepancies. in such cases ,the opening bank reserves the right not to give information regarding the discrepancies waived to the presenter. the fact that some discrepancies warewaived whether or not informed to presenter, will not entitle the beneficiary/presenter to insist on acceptance of similar discrepancies in subsequent presention(s)

OPENING BANK RESERVES THE RIGHT NOT TO GIVE INFORMATION REGARDING
THE DISCREPANCIES WAIVED TO THE PRESENTER. THE FACT THAT SOME
DISCREPANCIES WERE WAIVED WHETHER OR NOT INFORMED TO PRESENTER,
WILL NOT ENTITLE THE BENEFICIARY/PRESENTER TO INSIST ON
ACCEPTANCE OF SIMILAR DISCREPANCIES IN SUBSEQUENT PRESENTATION(S)
11. A DISCREPANCY FEE OF USD 50 SHALL BE LEVIED PER DISCREPANCY
IN THE DOCUMENT AND USD 50 PER SWIFT WHICH WILL BE FOR ACCOUNT
OF THE BENEFICIARY AND WILL BE DEDUCTED AT THE TIME OF PAYMENT.
