The key point for our side is point NO.4. that we can release the payment to your account after controlling the goods in port-Hamburg.Without your s confirmation of these points, we can not start with preparing the contract.
1.We have to create the contract, which will content all conditions of the trade. The contract and the conditions have to be accepted from both-sides.
2. After the accepting of contract, we will open the letter of credit. Our bank is the branch of Erste Bank Group.
3.After the opening of L/C , your side has to start to make the loading in the port.
4.After coming the goods in Hamburg/our destination port/ we will take the goods and also we will make the control of the goods.
5.The bank will receive all necessary documents from your side for the control/bill of loading, loading documents..etc../
6.After the controlling of all documents, the bank release the amount from L/C.
