各位大侠帮忙翻译下吧--一个信用证的条款，翻译的头疼Notwithstanding the provisions of UCP 600, If we give notice of refusal of documents presented under this l/c, we shall retain the right to accept a waiver of discrepancies from the applicant and ,subject to such waiver being acceptable to us, to release the documents against the waiver without reference to the presenter provided that no written instructions to the contrary have been received by us from the presenter before the release of documents, any such release prior to the receipt of contrary instructions shall not constitute a failure on our part to hold the documents at the presenter risk and disposal, and we shall have no liability to the presenter in respect of any such release.

在开证行拒付之后，如果开证申请人接受不符点交单，那么，在受益人不许放单的通知到达开证行之前，开证行可以直接向开证申请人放单，同时开证将对此不承担风险和责任。

感觉翻译要考虑到“信、达、雅”的总体三原则，忠实于原文，通顺、达意又符合中文的表达习惯和方式，而且，还要有些文采，看起来舒服，不累赘拖沓，影响理解。
我也来试试看：
尽管UCP600有所规定，如果我行已对信用证项下单据发出过拒付通知，我行仍保留接受申请人放弃不符点的权利。并且，在接受了申请人的可被接受的放弃要求后放单给申请人，这将不另行告知交单人，除非交单人在我行放单前有明确的相反的书面指示。任何这样在收到明确的相反指示前的放单行为，将不构成我方对单据代为留存、风险由交单人承担，听候处理的规定的违约。同时，对这样的放单行为，我行对交单人也不负任何责任。
