第一次做信用证，不是很懂，帮忙看一下，万分感谢：1. Subtotal value: USD238.500
Less 2 percent LC discount: USD 4.770,00
Total value: USD233.730,00
请问有人知道Less 2 percent LC discount 是什么意思吗，怎么要扣掉这么多钱呢？开证费用应该不用这么高吧？我回信问客户了，结果他不回我。
2. Beneficiary's cerfificate stating that no green point label is used for any packing.
NO GREEN POINT LABEL 是什么意思啊？我也问客户了，结果也没回我:Q
3.+LAB test stating that all materials used of production of the plastic items and packing materials are phtalate-free and PAHS-free.
+Inspectionreport issued by INTERTEK certifying that the consignment has been tested by internek. 这个是验货公司吗？
+Beneficiary's certificate stating that all used anti-mould sachets/silicagel-bags do not contain DMF
他要这么多证明，这些证明是不是我们自己公司开张证明就可以了？

好像是环保方面的，可回收利用，这边出个受益人证明就好了，自己做

验货公司INTERTEK出验货报告，并且要证明货物是由INTERTEK检测的

这个自己出，好像是证明你们的包装袋不含有DMF（应该是你们产品中的化学成分）

呵呵，谢谢楼上的，不过还是不知道为什么要扣掉这么多定金，本来价格就被他压的超低了，再扣这么多一点利润都没了

我猜那2%discount ，是opener想收你们的开证费用。。。。。至于QC那部份，如果没有事先与客人说好。。。那么你直的亏大了。。。。最好再算一次费用再决定是否接受这票LC。。。。如果不划算，那就只亏了收证的钱。。。你可以不做！！！
