documents required may not be dated prior to the date of issuance of this letter of credit.
Drafts if required to be marked :drawn under l/c number as indicated above ING bank ,AMSTERDAM
This L/C is transferable in accordance with UCP art no ,38 of UCP 600 except for the place of domiciliation of the draft which may not be transferred.
Any transfer under this letter of credit is restricted to the above named issuing bank (ING bank)or the advising bank
each drawing must be endorsed on the reversed of this L/C
documents to be forwarded in one set by courier service to: ING bank ,documentary trade department ,bijlmerdreef 109,1102BW AMSTERDAM.THE NETHERLANDS
Payment instructions are to be incorporated in the remitting bank’s covering letter
Any additional instructions from third parties will be ignored
8 refused documents held at the presenters disposal may be taken up and honored to the presenter unless presenter advise us to the contrary within 24 hours after we have sent the reflective advice of refusal
upon receipt of draft with documents ,we shall cover you in accordance with your instructions

全套清洁已装船提单3正一副，抬头为凭议付行指示，背书给开证行指示，标明运费到付，通知方为开证申请人和受票人。

drawee 付款人，严格地讲是受票人,即接受命令的当事人。 汇票受票人通常在信用证条款中的“Drawee”一词通常出现或者在汇票条款中列明， 例如信用证的汇票条件规定"Draw on us "或"valued on ourselves",那么受票人为开证行。
又如，信用证的出票条件规定为"draw on ...bank"或“valued on ..bank”, 那么受票人为该指定银行。

THIS L/C IS TRANSFERABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH UCP ART.NO.38, OF UCP 600 EXCEPT FOR THE PLACE OF DOMICILIATION OF THE DRAFT, WHICH MAY NOT BE TRANSFERRED
除了汇票的出具地点不能转让外，此LC可根据UCP600 中的第38条款进行转让。
