DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:1.Full set of clean board bill of lading made out to the order of Samba Financial Group marked notify
2.(Applicable to CIF/CIP Credits) Marine / Air/ Land insurance policy or certificate.
3.(Applicable to CIF/CIP Credits) A cetificate appended to the insurance policy issued by the insurance company.
4.Aseparate certificate appended to the bill of lading / air waybill / truck consignment note issued by the vessel / plane / truck owner, agent, captain, or company.
5.A certificate issued by the beneficiary, in case of shipment in containers.
6.(Applicable to sea shipments) Vessel age and classification certificate.
7. Certificate of origin. Origin of Goods: Specify that the goods are of China Origin.
8. second original invoice and copy of certificate of origin with non negotaible copy of bill of lading to be sent directly to us by correior.first original invoice, original certificate of origin both stamped by chamber of commerce, plus packing list and original bill of lading to be sent to bank.
9. Notification advice has to be sent to us via email, two weeks prior to presentation of original shipping documents to
negotiating bank; this advice has to specify clearly the intended date of presenting the documents to negotiation bank.
10. Draft(s) and ducuments to be presented to the advising, negotiating or paying bank within 30 days after the date of insurance of the transport documents but in any case within the validity of the credit
这是我第一次做信用证，而且是上千万的沙特大客户，最不明白的就是第8和9条，哪位前辈能帮忙审审啊？信用证上没说到期地点啊？
我们这也有罚金5%，如果交货期晚了，银行直接扣。

First original invoice, original certificate of origin both stamped by chamber of commerce,这指的是一份正本的发票和产地证做商会认证，商会指的就是贸促会，发票在贸促会做成证明书的形式，CO产地证在贸促会办理第五栏加盖商会章···

谢谢，就是说盖个商会的章就算认证了，客户说好像得需要商会首席官员的签字啊？
另外把发票正本，产地证副本和提单副本给客户，他干嘛用？有风险吗？
