请求各位外贸达人帮我看下以下信用证条款如何翻译！非常感谢1. Carriers or carrier’s agent signed certificate evidencing that carring vessel is classified 100A by lloyds(or equivalent)and is operated on present voyage by a member of named conference or regular line vessel and at the time of loading the carrying vessel is ISM code certified and hold a valid international safety management certificate as well as valid ism documents of compliance as required by the solas convention 1974 as amended.
2.14.Special payment terms:
A. 30 PCT to be paid as advance against presentation of simple receipt and beneficiary’s signed invoices.
B. Balance 70 PCT to be paid at sight against presentation of strictly complying documents as required under field 46A.
这个付款方式是混合付款
A. 凭简单的收据和受益人手签发票支付30%预付款
请问各位有没有遇到过信用证混合付款的?这个简单收据应该怎么写呢？
