4.Short form, Blank back,combined or multimodal bill of lading are not acceptable and B/L must clearly indicate the name of the carrier and clearly states its function(the carrier)and not (as carrier).
5.In case shipment is by containers, B/L must bear a separate notation stating (Containers actually loaded on board) duly dated and signed by the same signer of the B/L.
6.B/L to be issued by the master/carrier of the carrying vessel or their agents evidencing that carrying vessel is not registered in Israel or owned by nationals or residents of Israel and indicating name and address of their agent in Qatar.
8.Certificate from the owner,carrier or captain of the carrying vessel or their agent showing its name, flag and nationality also confirming that it will not pass by any Israeli port through its present voyage and is permitted to enter Arab ports(This certificate is not required if the carrying vessel is owned by Arab shipping companies).
9.The above mentioned certificate, original invoice and the certificate of origin are to be certified by the local chamber of commerce/legalized by Qateri embassy/consulate in the exporting/benef.country.

一般CO跟发票做使馆认证就可以了，时间一般7-10个工作日

卡塔尔使馆认证不是很快，全程包括商会、外交部约10－13个工作日
也可以通过当地的贸促会来做使馆认证，只是时间更慢，20＋工作日

不接受简式、空白背面、多式联运的提单
提单上面必须明确体现船东的名称及其船东的身份。

这样要求的船证，只要不是经以色列领海的船只，都是可以做到的。如果本身订的阿拉伯国家的船，可以免去此船证，所以建议找UASE订舱，可以省很事情

船证明让船公司出具。发票和产地证需要做大使馆认证。大使馆认证时间大约12-15个工作日。
