05,full set of shipped on board clean ocean bill of lading drawn or endorsed to the order of 银行, showing fright prepaid marked notify applicant and 银行and full adress, tel no. of discharge port agent.
07, insurance covered by the applicant in bangladesh. all shipment under this credit must be adised in full details to eastern insurance company ltd.
referring to marine cover note No. EICL/CHOW/MC-0045/04/2014 date 10-5-2014 by beneficiary immediately after shipment and copy of the said notification must accompany the shipping documents.
09, batch number, manufacturing date, expiry date, h.s. code and country of origin must be mentioned outside the pack/body of the each packing on the invoice. A certificate in twofold in this regard must accompany the originial documents.
47B:
01, the wording "import in under CFR" and VAT REG./BIN NO. 23000000000 of the applicant must appear in all documents.
03, discrepant documents must not be negotiated against guarantee or under reserve without our prior approval.
05, please inform our head office INT'L DIVISION and L/C issuing bank invariably on the day of negotiation by swift address " abdgbbh" mentioning
L/C number and negotiation amount. a copy of the said swift MSG must accompany the original documents.

5. 請在議付那天用 swift abdgbbh通知我們總部INT'L DIVISION和L/C的開証行並提及到L/C號碼和總金額，一COPY的SWIFT MSG必須跟正本L/C一起提交
