有些信息，小弟隐藏了，这是客人给我发的一个以前和别的卖家做过的信用证，这次和我们做，说条款和上次的一样！小弟第一次接触信用证，望高手指点！客户要做FOB。金额较大，求各位高人看下，有什么软条款么？

full set of original shipped on board charter party or tanker bill of lading made out to order and blank endorsed marked freight payable as per charter party and notify xxxxxxxx.
certificate of origin issued by seller.
Packing list in 1 original and 3 copies.
one set of invoice and original signed non-negotiable B/L must be send to the applicant within 3 days of shipment.
Beneficiary's certificate to this effect is required.

Plus/minu 5pct tolerance in both amount and quantity acceptable.
insurance will be covered by ultimate buyer.
B/L to indicate place of final destination.
Third party documents accceptable except draft.
Typographical or spelling errors shall not constitute discrepancy.
L/C to be unrestricted for negotiation through any bank in Singapore.
Comingled cargo/shipment are allowed.
Charter party or tanker B/L showing freight payable as per charter party are acceptable.
Where applicable,B/L showing the clause"carrier reserves has right to release goods without receiving the B/L" or wordings of similar effect,on its face,is not acceptable.
Documents must be presented within 21 days after shipment date but within credit validity.
All documents must be issued in english.
Processing of documents which does not comply with the terms and conditions of the credit is subject to a discrepancy handling fee of USD75.00 or equivalent which shall be deducted from the proceeds.
All drawings must be duly endorsed on the reverse of the original L/C.
upon receipt of documents in strict compliance with the terms and conditions contained herein the L/C,we shall remit proceeds in the currency of the credit,in accordance with your instructions at maturity
all banking charges outside the issuing bank are for the account of the beneficiary. the reimbursement fee for each drawing and the discrepancy fee will be for the account of the beneficiary,even if all other charges are for the account of the applicant. all interest and discount charges are for the account of the beneficiary.

the negotiating bank is requested to send documents directly to us in one lot by courier.

all parties to this letter of credit are advised that the U.S. government has in place sanctions against certain countries,related entities and individuals. Citibank,N.A.,including its branches and,in certain circumstances,its subsidiaries,are prohibited from engaging in transactions within the scope of such sanctions.
we hereby undertake with drawers and/or bonafide holders that drafts drawn and presented with documents in compliance with the terms and conditions of this credit will be duly honoured after our acceptance on the maturity date advised by us. The amount of each drawing must be endorsed on the reverse of this credit.
