Free Trade Agreement from 1.7.2014 Chinese-Switzerland:
We have changes in the Chinese-Switzerland customs clearance which is really appreciated from our side. To benefit from free exemption from customs we insist to get following two additional requests for all shipments from now on from you:
1) Certificate of Origin (see attachment Appendix 1 to Annex III)
2) Invoice included certified declaration of origin with Serial Number 23-digit:
"Serial-No. ............
The exporter of the products covered by this document (registration No ...) declares that, except where otherwise clearly indicated, these products are of ... (A) preferential origin according to the China-Switzerland FTA.
This exporter is legally responsible for the truthfulness and authenticity of what is declared above.”

(A) The origin of the product must be indicated in this space (Chinese or Swiss), ISO-Alpha-2 codes are permitted (CN or CH). Reference may be made to a specific column of the invoice or other commercial documents, as deemed valid by the importing Customs Administration, in which the country of origin of each product is referred to.
