date in case this LC calls for presentation of forwarder's cargo receipt(FCR). DOCUMENTS must be presented within the
number of days indicated in filed 48 or within 21 days in the absence of filed 48. after the shipment date show in the FCR

扣费条款不难的，可以自己看看。
前半部分是迟于有效期交单的话，扣费标准是75美金，收取该费用并不意味着或者申请人接受单据或者富国银行承诺付款。
后半部分是不符点的扣费标准145美金。
