3. Insurance covered by openers.all shipments under this credit must be advised by the beneficiary within 07 days after shipment directly to m/s bangladesh general insurance company limited,dhaka zonal office 42,dilkusha c/a, dhaka,bangladesh,
And Fax NO.880-2-9564212,and the openers refering cover Note NO:BGIC/DZO/MC-1690/07/2014 DID.09.07.2014 Giving full details of shipment.a copy of this advice shall accompany each set of documents.
4. Signed and details packing list in 06(six)copies.
5Cerificate of origin issued by the chamber of commerce or any competent authority of the exporting country certifyling that merchandise are of china origin.

1.商业发票一式六份，在发票上加上这么一句话：WE CERTIFYING THAT THE MERCHANDISE ARE OF CHINA ORIGIN
2.提单收货人显示the order of Jamuna bank limited. Sonargaon road branch 提单上显示 freight prepaid ，通知人显示APPLICANT （开证申请人）和开证行（开证行具体名称和地址都要显示）
3、装船通知 船开后七天内要发给保险公司，TO:m/s bangladesh general insurance company limited,dhaka zonal office 42,dilkusha c/a, dhaka,bangladesh, And Fax NO.880-2-9564212。
cover Note NO:BGIC/DZO/MC-1690/07/2014 DID.09.07.2014Y也要显示在装船通知上，再还有其他相关内容，比如品名、数量，开船日期，提单号，起运港，目的港等等
4.装箱单一式六份
5.商会签的产地证或者其他相关授权部门签的也可以，一般都是贸促会做的CO，也可以盖商会章的,"WE certify that merchandise are of china origin.'在产地证上也要显示
