最近收到一个信用证，42C规定：180 days from the date of B/L.
71B Charges: All the advising bank charges inside minland China are for the account of beneficiary. All the negocaition/reimbursement/confirmation and discounting charges are for the count of applicant.
请问这个是假远期信用证吗？

假远期证需说明1.即期付汇 usance draft are payable on sight basis; 2. 对议付行即期索汇指示 you may negotiate at sight basis and claim at sight 3.利息及费用由申请人承担
你的信用证只体现了discount charges由申请人承担，不能确定是个假远期LC
