上次给客户报的是 不清关的 运费（海运）。现在准备出货，客户发这个过来，有点不懂。
麻烦大神帮忙解决一下。

Let me re-confirm what I wrote on SKYPE that you did not not understand. Before loading the goods to any ships, exporter or importer will declare items to U.S. CUSTOMS using FORM 10+2. Therefore, I asked you if your broker did that & or I will do that before loading to ship and I need ORIGINAL BILL OF LADING from your Broker and their U.S.A. COUNTERPART so we can call them up if we need more info about that.
Last but not least, WE NEED ALL PAPERWORKS, again SUCH AS FORM 10+2 and ORIGINAL BILL OF LADING for us to pay the balance.
Looking forward to hearing from you soon, since goods are ready to load up, we must declare 10+2 to USA CUSTOMS.
