DIRECTIONS FOR COMPLETION:
(1)        Description of the goods. If possible please mention customs tariff number.
(2)        Commercial designation as used on the invoices, e.g. model No
.. with reference to the attached business paper (invoice / delivery note, etc.) and, if necessary, product No. .. Are there in the shipment goods delivered with and without preferential originating status, the individual commodity items have to be clearly marked. Not allowed is a statement with regard to future business papers, including both originating and non-originating goods (so-called exclusion clause).
(3)        Name of the buyer (firm)
(4)        The European Union, country, group of countries or territory in which / where the goods originate.
For products originating in the European Union, "European Union" must be entered. If abbreviations should be used, please use the following code: 'EU'. In addition, the specification of an EU Member State (for example, Germany or France) may take place when the goods have been produced there. In the case of goods originating in a country with which the EU has preferential agreements (e.g., Switzerland, South Africa, etc.), this country needs to be specified. Within:

Point of attention: As Syria did not yet sign the Pan Euro Med agreement it is not possible to fill in this country.

到哪个国家的?原产地证书按照客户要求提供就可以了,这个不难办理的

没有硬性要求的,说填了这个就一定要办理原产地证的,清关资料根据国外客户清关要求办理即可
