请问一下这个MIL CERTIFICATE(FOR YARN) 怎么出？哪个部门出啊To fulfill the requirement of Canadian LDC regulation, country of origin of yarn and fabric must also be from LDC or GPT countries (see attached). Please note that although China and India are not on the list, their yarn and fabric currently both qualify as LDC.
When we source fabric from mills, we need assurance/confirmation from them the country of origin of their yarn and fabric are from GPT or LDC countries. The mill needs to provide garment manufacturer with the following documents when shipping the chosen fabric to the garment manufacturer :
a. Bill of Lading for fabric shipment to the garment manufacturer
b. Commercial invoice for the fabric shipment
c. Proof of payment of the shipment
d. Mill Certificate (for yarn)
e. GSP Form A or Exporter’s Statement (for fabric)
