第一次做科威特信用证，麻烦各位大神赐教！！ 多谢！！FOB 条款：
(全部改小写，方便大家看，麻烦解答下）
1.Shipment to be effected by regular liner service vessels and a certificate to this effect from the owners/carrier/shipping agent/captain of the vessel is required.(这个是船证？ 如何出具）
2.Signed certificated issued by the owners/carrier/shipping agent/captain of the vessel certificate that (Ι) the carrying bessel and/or the carrier is not owned or chartered by ISLAMIC REPUBLIC of IRAN shipping line (IRISL) or its subsidiaries (II) the carrying vessel and/or the carrier is not listed in the united nations and/or any other governments'and/or regulatory authorities' sanction list. (III) the carrying vessel is allowed regulations.（这也是船证？）
3.Signed certificate issued by the carrier of the shipping agent stating that the carrying vessel is classified by an approved classification society as per institute classification clause and is classified as LLOYDS 100A1 or its equivalent classification(stating name of that institution) and due dillgence has been exercised at the beginning of each voyage to make the vessel seaworthy.（这也是船证？）
4.Beneficaary's signed certificate certifying that the goods shipped are clearly indicating the name of the country of origin in an irremovable and indelible way.(这里是需要出具受益人证明书？是什么格式？）
5.Nominated/presenting bank must certify on their schedule that each presentation has been recorded on the reverse of the advising bank's bonafide advice of this LC.(不知道什么意思？）
6.The nominated/presenting bank schedule must certify that the advising bank charges,if any,having been paid.(求解）
7.In case transhipment is effected bills of lading/air waybill must evidence the name of the intended onward vessel/carrier with flight number that will transport the goods to the final port of destination.(transhipment at israelt sea and air ports are prohibited)(求解）
8.All documents must be presented to the issuing bank through the advising bank and/or the advise through bank mentioned under field 57d(as applicable) . Direct presentation of documents from the beneficiary to the issuing bank are UN acceptable and shall be returned to them(beneficiary) at their entire risk and responsibility.(求解）
9.Advising/negotiating/presenting bank may add its confirmation to this letter of credit if so requested by the beneficiary.Advising/negotiating/presenting bank's adding confirmation to this credit is contingent upon payment in advance by the affirmative,draft(s) may be drawn on confirming bank instead of issuing bank.Consequently,field 41A to read as available by payment with the confirming bank,place of expiry in field 31D to read as confirming bank counter and the text reading' and our documents handling commission's in clause No.13 of field 47A is deleted.(求解）

第二个开船证明
第七个，看下航线图，如果是直航的话 看挂靠港，如果是中转，看下哪里转的就行

您好~
1、2、3都是船公司证明，证明内容条款里都写清楚了，照着出就行。
4.受益人出具证明，证明内容是装运的货物上都标注了原产地。证明文字按条款内容出就好。
5.交单行需在出单面函上证明每一次交单都在信用证通知函背面记录了。提醒交单行在面函上加这句话。
6.交单行需在出单面函上证明信用证通知费已支付，同上。
7.如涉及转运，货运单据上需注明转运船名或航班号。
8.交单行需为通知行或第二通知行。（这条略有不合理，如果你们本身在通知行开户则没啥问题）
9.信用证可由通知行、议付行、交单行加保，如不加保的话这条不涉及。
