如题，我客人要求L/C 10% 定金，余款报关30天后付清安全吗？请高手指教，之前没做过L/C，先谢了！

I would like to speak first about the payment terms and then focus our attention on your prices and quotation.
We suggest a payment of 10% deposit with the advanced payment bond and the balance at net 30days from the customs clearance.
