首先祝大家2015行大运，多多接单。开年初，卢森堡客户来个邮件，货卡在那边海关，需要我们提供等等证书，我们目前只有CE, ROSH, FCC，之前出其他欧洲国家全部没遇到这种情况，大家请看如下客户邮件回复，烦请告知我是否有好的解决方法，否则货物被销毁或者退运会亏死，我在这感谢大家：
Hello M,
I've got the response from the institute
And the certificate does not meet their expectations, following documents are needed for every amplifier in order yo import the amplifiers in Europe:
LVD and EMC certification
CE certificate of conformity established by your company,
Declaration of responsibility for Amplifiers signed by company owner/director
Complete test report of the amps, so that the institute can reproduce and verify the tests
Clear references between the certificates, the reports and tests with dates of tests etc.
It seems to be a very clear and usual procedure for all equipment you want to import in the EC, has your company never done this before?
If we cannot provide all this, we can choose to send the amplifiers back or let them destroy in the institude!
A very sad adventure!

CE本身就包括LVD 和EMC的啦。
其它这几个的声明，应该用你们公司出就行吧。不过，公司抬头最好跟CE报告上面的公司名称保持一致。
