情况大概是这样的：阿里上来的客户，可能加上了我主观思想，开门见山要下3个高柜货 但前提是先确认 他们那边打钱要中间银行中转，中间银行要收取我们3% tax
We decided that before we shall have start of cooperation there are new developments that emerged from our transfer of funds from our bank through our intermediary bank. Our bank here Albilad bank of Saudi Arab , we have a trust account in our bank and transfer out money for our order to you once and not ready to be paying taxes of intermediary bank where the fund would pass through as our intermediary bank.They have their new year policy law 2016 for any funds to pay tax from you the receiver of funds from your side not deducted from our transfer amount because our transfer amount is normally insured by our own bank for safety till it reaches your accounts. It is only few of our customers abroad understands this policy and we have been doing business together successfully.Once you have accepted that,then we can order and transfer our money for order and you shall deal with tax over there.
We shall order 3 containers 40ft HQ which item mentioned below shall occupy a container 40ft each.Specifications.
1.WHEAT STRAW TABLEWARE:BF06C11,BF06C10,BF06C17(1 Container)
2.CORNSTARCH TABLESTARCH:BF06A06,BF06A04,BF06A06,(1 Container)
3.CUTLERY SET:BF06A26,BF06A27,BF06A28,BF06A29(1 Container)
Please calculate and send us proforma which we shall pay 30% deposit for preparing our goods.Goods shall be shipped to Jeddah Islamic port of destination.Kindly use your forwarders our company name is Mohammed Abdulah Corporation.
Be informed and confirm to us for the last time before we shall proceed payment of order ,that you shall be liable to pay intermediary bank their 3% tax vat upon their request because it shall not be taken from our funds because our fund going to you is always insured and from Albilad bank Saudi Arab trust bank account to reach our customers bank account overseas in full not deducted of any amount till it reaches your bank account.
Basically,they shall request the tax from your side as the receiver of funds.If you do not pay the tax,then our funds shall have problems at that bank and it could be seized.So,the way is we transfer your funds for our order same time you shall send the tax fees for an easy en route of funds to your final bank accounts by the intermediary bank.
