加拿大外贸
各位大神,大家好!本人刚入行不久还是个外贸菜鸟,想请教下各位该如何催单?
具体事件如下:一个韩国客户跟我买了2个小样品,我追踪客户后他们回复这两个小样在自己公司检测完后说效果还不错,需要拿到第三方权威机构再去做详细的检测,邮件如下:
Thank you for your email.
We prepared some samples containing other more ingredients which can be bought in Korea.
In first test, the samples showed a good anti-bacteria efficacy in my company.
We will ask for an experiment to the authorized institution.
It will take some time. Anyway, I am looking forward to having a good result.
Thank you for your kind support.
然后过了两个星期,我以生产日期排单紧为由又进行催单,内容是这样的:
Dear Seo,
Have a nice day! I am Janel, it's been long time for no contact.
Have you sent goods to the authorized institution, may I have the results of test?
As our production line is full after the spring holiday, if you have the intention to place an order, please inform me as soon as possible, I'll make it a priority for you.
Anything pls feel free to cantact us, thank you!
现在已经过了两个多星期了,客户一直没有回话,我也知道还该不该发邮件给客户,担心一直催单会引起客户的反感,可以大货单又一直迟迟不下来,很着急,麻烦外贸同行们指点一下我接下来该如何去做,谢谢你们!
