公司的一个客人，去年年底左右下的订单，之前和客人说的最迟会在2月15号左右出货，老板也是知道这个事情的。现在因为这个病毒的事情，我们之前也发了邮件告诉过客人，好多工厂都不敢复工，交货期的事情也是需要等到工厂全面复工后才能确定。
但是现在我们收到客人的邮件，邮件中也在催订单交期，而且客人还说要我们尽快出货，要不然他们会失去新的重要客人，我也问了我们工厂，我们工厂是2月17号复工，而且就算是复工了，也不可能是立即就能出货啊。
我都不知道怎么和客人说，我都担心和客人实事求是说了后，客人那里又有什么说法或是其他的什么。

跟中国做生意的国外客户基本都是知道此次疫情的，工厂比客户更不希望延迟交期，这个事情是不可抗力因素。担心没用，如实告知，并且这个事情应该提早说的，给客户心理准备，而不是拖到交期到了交不出货才来说！

你可以参考下这个，目前可能很多外贸企业会面临您这种情况。
我觉得您现在能做的就是尽力争取，如果实在争取不下来，也可以适当让利一些，让客户再等等，弥补他们的损失
