Dear Leon ,I hope KCE is correct. Its really strange and disturbing to learn what happened to the magnet and housing.
1) The samples sent last week were going to show us a magnet held in the housing without glue. Unfortunately, these samples are with German customs.
2) This morning, I am informed that KCE would like to use glue again to hold the magnet. When did KCE decide to change back to glue?
3) Why did KCE send us samples of the magnet and housing without glue? Essentially, the samples sent last week are wrong and useless to us.
4) I remain skeptical, due to decision change to use glue again and the fact that I cannot find a "white emulsion" glue designed for metal and magnets. White emulsion glue is typically used for wood and paper products.
4a) The photo is useless, it only shows an unmarked bottle with a white substance. What is the name of the product and what company produces it?
5) It is really frustrating, because I send the info to my customer and now it is completely wrong.
6) I hope KCE proves me wrong and the the magnet does not fall out.
7) The shipment is delayed, because KCE decides to test and change everything in the last second.
8) What happened to the idea of crimping the magnet in the housing or the no-glue solution? This is what was worked for the past 45 days and the result is back to glue?
Please advise.
