Work diary as a customer service in a foreign trade company on internet

Today is my first time to chat with coustomer on line.i am so hurry in doing something .The coustomer ,mendal fitzgerald,who is the first man coming my website.He asked me that if we have
the jerseys of #3 dale murphy atlanta braves .so i found the correct picture on my website ,but there are no record in stock list .Then without any other ways,i asked him to wait for a moment ,then i asked Candy and manager Ke.But there is no answer to me.On the half way ,i disconnected from network one time.When i came back,he asked me again if i can make sure we has the jersey,because our stocklist only shows ruth not murphy.Murphy is a retire number ,so i can not so sure. without saying anyother words ,he logged out.
From this thing ,i learn that :
Firstly, the most important thing is to collect the information of coustomers.Like email,telephone number and something elase.
Secondly,if there are no answers to the questions,we should give some reasons we creat to the coustomers so that we can get more time to deal with these problems.
Thirdly ,sometimes as a freshman ,we shouldnot depend on superior or elder operators.we should be learn how to be an independent operator.

Yes, first we should learn more from other people, know your products feature clearly, but,usually, you have to depend on superior or elder operators, because we are a freshman. A kindly asking,I think they would be like to help.

Today our softwares updated,like Lvezilla ,a tool of chatting on line.i find that interesting of this tool.when customer comes in my website ,i can know that and can also know which page he is searching for .As today have no one customer,i was looking at his movement all the time .i feel fanny my self .Suddenly ,i found that he coimg in shoppig chart.LOL,i feel exciting a little bit .Sure enough ,minutes later,a new order appeared on my updated website.
i am so happy to get that.And minutes later ,general manager told me that the customer confirmed to payment via paypal.How exciting i am !This is my first confirmed order_NC-HE0053.
Then i made some lists in accordance with follow steps:
1.If there is a new order on my website,export invoice data if the customer choose paypal.If he choose visa or western union to pay ,the packlist should be exported.Then send it to FuTongTianXia or send to manager from other way so that manager can confirm whether he payed or not.
2.If company got the money ,i should translate the order into chinese named delivery note.Then send it to FuTongTianXia in order that manager can deal with it.
3.I should collect information of the customer into a list for myself .
We start our work with opening two backstages ,two forestages,two Livezilla and FuTongTianXia software .

1.This moring,when i open my website ,there was a customer from canada searching my website.And after a few minutes ,he placed an order.These days ,there were few foreign countries came in our website except USA.So i have a little intreseted to him.
2.Our livezilla got a new function today —-——when there are any customers searching in our website ,we can invite him to chat with us initiatively.It is good ,i think if we find that he is on line for a long time ,then we can invite him with asking :"What can i do for you?"
3.About 23:00PM ,there was a man on line chatting with me .he asked me whether the package can arrive there by saturday this week,and he wil pay more money.I ask Candy to answer it,she sayed that ,he must add 3usd each per.And asked him to place an order online first,we will check it ,if all in stock ,then can answer him .So the most important thing is to keep the customer first.
But i dont think it can arrive by saturday,or it is more important to keep an order than keep integrity??????

At the night ,i chatted with a famale customer online .she asked me about the size of jerseys ,'M means chest size'?i didn't know how to andwer it .Then Candy help me aswered'it is adult size".And that is ok to the question.Soon i realized that there are so many area about jerseys waiting for us to solve,we only haven't met them yet.Sometimes, we say that we are so free during the probation perod.At this monment ,i finally know that why our manager feel so disoppinted hearing what we say.i think this is the key .We must to learn more about our jerseys ,our shipping road ,and our payment by ourselves.LIke Candy ,when she see any picture ,she soon know which team it is .And she told me that we should watch more pictures and realize them in our free time .When i heard about it,i feel so shame.Because when i free ,i feel nothing to do .OH,OMG!I think i should more activite to learn zbout every thing about my work ,then i think i can get more.
I want to do something about my work as a customer service on the net to sell NFl.MLB.NBA jerseys etc.So who can give me some advises constructive??

I'm so sorry to read your diary. Your English is so aweful. I'm not sure if you have learnt English and its grammetic rules. You just made so many mistakes in just doing so. Hope yours will be better and better.

Before debasing other persons' English level,please first take a consideration to your own.I don't think your level is excellent since the word "Aweful" you were using above is quite wrong.The correct one should be "Awful".If you don't believe,you can check it through your dictionary.
Here,I don't want to debase your English level.What I want to express is:let's just make FOB a platform to communicate,no needing to debase or praise somebody.It's also a kind of good manners and cultivation.
