我们客人下的订单有AB两款货,A已经出运了,但是B因为货还没好,所以要晚一班船。我们客人先确认了A的BOOKING,但他不知道我分开走了,不久后我又提交了B的BOOKING后,他不明白问我为什么还会有一份BOOKING,我要怎么解释清楚,并且让他确认B货的BOOKING呢。Pls kindly note style No#A we have caught the vessle Etd is 11th Feb.
But style No#B our goods ready date is 12th Feb, they missed the vessle Etd 11th Feb.
So I had booked for style No#B yesterday。

The situation is as follows:
#A finished, and will go on Feb.11 (1st booking)
#B can only finish on Feb.12, so it CAN'T go with #A, but have to put off to next shipment (2nd booking)
That's why there are two bookings.

其实你应该BOOK船的时候就要和客人说清楚啊,现在就真的很难说了。
我觉得你在A出货之前就应该借口跟客人说(或者工厂的设备有问题,或者是新年供应商的问题导致,或者是因为最近出货高峰,货贷新年拖不了柜的问题。。。)种种原因所以出不了货,Item B就要推到下一水船。这样就好办多了!
情况一

Please note we have alreay finished the item A,which we can ship to you on time on XXX.However, for item B,due to our supplier offer the wrong parts to us,we have asked them to change them immediately,but the lead time will be another 5-7days that mesh up our manufacture plan of item B.And The CNY holiday will be coming soon, a lot of workers have gone back to hometown for this holiday, it is pretty difficult for us to pushing our supplier fast.Although we aslo met the same bad situation, we will try our best to finished the goods to you asap, would you please kindly allow us to delay the item B to next shippment?

如果是现在这个情况,请问你ITEM B货好delay了多少天?如果是1、2天的话,你可以说海关查柜把这票货卡在关口了,所以上不了那水船要delay到下一水船咯。

如果是已经隔了很多天的话,你都不跟客人汇报原因,到要出货再直接出,这个就是你自己的最大错误了,麻烦你去跟客人认错,说你病了,或者请假了一个星期,由其他同事跟进,然后其他同事又不太清楚,又说一些上面的情况导致柜没有出,你回来后知道,所以现在补做BOOKING咯。
我想这样会让客人好过一点,没有那么生气吧。
情况三

I have asked for a leave for several days due to some personal issue,now I am just coming back, and after I pick up my job, I have found my colleague who have take up my job at this period make a mistake,he miss caught the shippment delievery date and believe that item A should ship to you on xxx date, and item B should ship to you on the next shippment.So the booking he made for your confirmation was item A only!I was shock by this news and I feel very sorry for any inconvenient caused.Would you please kindly help to confrim the item B booking as attach asap so that we can delievery the goods to you at once?Thanks!

如果你的客人是个大好人,我觉得你还是坦白的跟他说明白一切的情况,并道歉为什么这么晚才告诉他这件事情吧!

我不觉得是废话哦,具体情况具体分析嘛,有些商人不像你那么商人的,另外不是每个外国人都可以接受某个说清楚的事实,所以有时侯是需要善意的谎言!
