如之前所说，春节过后，因用工（工人）紧缺而导致工厂不能像往年一样正常开工（生产），而导致这季交期延误。这是之前不曾预料到了。

I'm sorry for the delay.As we have said that after the spring festival the factory could not operate
like previous years because of worker scarcity.It's unexpected to cause delivery delay.
Through our negotiation with the factory, Apr.30 will be our delivery date.
