烦请帮忙翻译如下，谢谢！信用证是要求如果迟出货10天，扣10% 你现在要求我们确认20%给你，对我们显示是没有道理的。所有的扣款，应该是以LC为准。
此外，关于材料，因工厂实在无法找到你要的红色（市场上找不到），他们只能提供一个绿色给你确认。
最后，除周二的船，他们还有周四的船，但货代告诉我，他们不能保证那班船会按时发船。

It is stipulated in the L/C that 10 days of shipping delay means 10% of the payment will be deducted as penalty. So your requirment of 20% is unreasonable . pls comply with the L/c.
About the raw material. The fatory didn't find the red color you need although they had tried their best. What they can do is offer you the green color for your comfirm.. Your kindly understanding will be apprecialted.
The forwarder informed us that there are two choises for shipment. Tues or Thur. but they can't guarantee that the shipment will on time exatly.

（呵呵，这倒是奇怪）moreover, there is actually no red material available in the market, they have to submit green something for you to approve.

BTW, we can book either Tue.'s vessel or Thu.'s Vessel, as informed by forwarder, they are not able to guarantee which one is due.
