从“非典”到“汶川地震”看政府危机公关理念的发展
摘 要：对于危机公关我们通常关注的都是一些法人团体，比如企业，关注它们在危机事件出现之后会以什么样的方式来解决。但是，随着社会的发展进步和公众的权利意识的觉醒，越来越多的社会事件的发生和解决过程被透明地呈现在大众面前，政府的危机应对的能力也被更多地提及。在处理公共事件时政府更加地注重危机公关的进行，政府危机公关的理念和执行力也得到很大的改善。在选择正视危机之后，政府面对的是如何更好地应对危机的问题，从“非典事件”到“汶川地震”我们看到了政府在应对危机能力上的发展，而这也说明了政府危机公关理念的发展。

Abstract: When it comes to crisis management, much attention is paid to(goes to) body corporates, such as enterprises, and how they deal with the crises they face. However, with the development of the society and the public’s being more aware of civil rights, more and more social events and their solution process are transparently presented to the public, and more attention is paid to the government’s response ability. The government has attached more importance to crisis management, its response ability has improved a lot, and its ideas of crisis management have also develops a lot. The government, after choosing to face a crisis, is confronted another problem: how to solve the crisis in a better way? SARS and Wenchuan Earthequake, these two social crises have witnessed the government’s progress in crisis development and its idea development in crisis managent.
