EC stands for “Euro Coated”, as the Europeans have a slightly different color hue to the UK and the rest of the world.
About that “Reflect blue”, I agreed with STAR66, ask your customer for the PANTONE #.

EC只是代表欧洲版本的色卡

Euro Coated 是欧洲版色卡，稍微有别于美洲版。（我们平时普遍使用的是美洲版，如我们说的PC/UP。当然，这只是我个人的理解，我没有深究过这些）
