If party B fail to finish the MOQ within the time stipulated in Item 5, (party B shall be exempted from the liablity if it's caused by which is mentioned in Item 11)party A shall have the right to terminate the attorneyship of party B.

Party A has right to terminate Agency Agreement ,if Party B is unable to furfil the stipulated MOQ in time under section 5( Party B is exempted from liability for any clauses under section 11.)
