由于湿磨废水中含SS较高，如进入沉淀池沉淀处理，沉淀池的负荷较高，不利于稳定达标处理，所以本次设计将该废水排入集污浓缩池与沉淀池沉淀污泥混合，通过投加絮凝剂絮凝浓缩后，用压力泵打入压滤机进行干化处理，压滤液及浓缩液回流至集水池再处理，干化污泥填埋或回收处理。(1) Since wet grinding wastewater contain high SS, if flow into sedimentation tank for treatment, load of sedimentation tank will be higher, not good for stable up-to-standard treatment, so this design is to integrate both discharging wastewater into sludge thickener and settling sludge in sedimentation tank , flocculation thickening by dosing flocculants, pump into filter press for drying treatment, filtrate and thickening liquid flow back to collecting basin for re-treatment, dried sludge being filled or recycled for treatment.

The wet-ground wastewater contains high SS .if we do the Precipitation Treatment in sedimentation tank ,the load of sedimentation tank will be higher which is unfavourable to stable up-to-standard treatment.This design will discharge tha wastewater into concentrated tank in order to intermix with sedimental sludge which will be flocculation thickened by dosing flocculants,pumped into filter press for drying treatment and then the filtrate and thickening liquid will flow back to collecting basin for re-treatment,dried sludge filled or recycled treatment.
