This Agreement may be entered into in any number of counterparts all of which takentogether shall constitute one and the same instrument. Any party may enter into this Agreement by signing any such counterpart.

本合同一式多份，包含同一内容，任何一方均可通过在任一副本签字的方式签订本合同。
