2.如不同意上述条件，只能取消订单，退还定金。

1-Sorry for all the troubles to you, but the machines are too heavy to ship by air.
2-My suggestions: 1. Delivery time: Aug 15th, we are willing to pay compensation to you, USD2000/20days.
2.If the above terms cant be agreed, only cancel the order and return the deposit.
